As a photographer and designer, my work seeks the essential qualities of nature and their reflections in sewn material, the built world, and sensuality of the human form. Through the texture of a weave, scale of a monument, or magnetism of skin and gaze, I hope to evoke the eternality of the substances that unite us with the wild and the sentiments that result from their alchemy.

Since 2005 I have worked as a designer, stylist, merchandiser, and executive for companies both large and small. After time in San Francisco and Los Angeles, I have settled for now in the flat expanse of California’s San Joaquin Valley, where the environment is shaped by the draw of water from our mountain walls to the rivers and farmland that spring life from ancient dust.

I have earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design from The Art Institute of California - San Francisco and a Master’s of Business Administration concentrating in Sustainability Strategy and Management from The University of Denver.
